I have been practicing Yoga since 2008. I started my journey with Ashtanga Yoga and used my practice as a tool to handle my life as a student. As I continued to grow my awareness of my mental and physical state, I changed my practice to Hatha yoga, stabilising my mind and body whilst continually developing my understanding for stillness and steadiness. In 2014, I did my first ten days Vipassana retreat and have since then adapted the teaching of NS Goenka. I have conducted five silent retreats for ten days and am today a 200 hours certified Hatha Yoga teacher by Jeevmoksha Yoga School. For me, Yoga is a way of living where I spend time on my yoga mat on a daily basis.
